Export Analytics to CSV
Every chart and table in analytics has an Export CSV button. Use it to download the data and work with it in a spreadsheet, a BI tool, or your own scripts.
What You Can Export
| Section | File name | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Visits chart | AssistantVisitsTimeline_{date} | Daily session counts for the last 30 days. |
| Unique users chart | UniqueUsersTimeline_{date} | Daily unique visitor counts. |
| Interactions chart | InteractionsBar_{date} | Daily interaction counts by type (query, form, reaction). |
| Conversations table | AssistantConversations_{date} | Every question, answer, reaction, session ID, and timestamp. |
Steps
- Open Analytics (global or per assistant).
- Find the chart or table you want to export.
- Click Export CSV in its top-right corner.
- Wait for the download — a loading indicator appears while the file is being
prepared.
- Open the file in your spreadsheet tool.
Tips
- The conversations export is the most useful for content improvement — sort by
reaction to find the worst-performing answers first.
- Combine visits and unique users exports to calculate return-visitor rates.
- Export regularly (weekly or monthly) to track trends over time in your own
dashboards.
