A web source is a site configured for crawling, such as your website, docs or help center. The page allowance is shared across all connected sources.
Assistants / Search Centers
Each published assistant or Search Center counts as one active unit. Embedding the same unit in several places does not add another unit.
Monthly answers
Each answered question counts toward the monthly allowance, including follow-up questions. In Pro and Enterprise, API and MCP questions use the same allowance.
Crawling your sources
The frequency tells you how often Seekdown checks each web source for new or updated content. Pro lets you configure the schedule per source; contact us for available intervals.
Support and deployment
Pro includes priority support. Enterprise support, crawl frequency and managed deployment conditions are agreed with our team.
