Switch Between Views
Analytics work the same for every assistant and every search center — the same KPI cards, trends, conversations, and User Activity Feed. A View analytics for selector in the page header lets you move between them without leaving the screen.
Use the Selector
At the top of any analytics page, open the View analytics for dropdown. It groups your workspace into three parts:

| Overview | General analytics — the tenant-wide view across every assistant and search center. |
| Assistants | One entry per assistant. Selecting it scopes every card, chart, and table to that assistant. |
| Search centers | One entry per search center. Search centers share the same analytics as assistants, so you get the identical dashboard scoped to that search center. |
Pick any entry and the page reloads for that scope; the URL updates too, so you can bookmark or share a direct link to an assistant's or a search center's analytics.
Reach It From the Item
You can also open a specific item's analytics directly:
- Assistant — open it from AI Assistants and choose Analytics in its
navigation.
- Search center — open it from Search Centers and choose Analytics in
its navigation.
Both land on the same scoped analytics page you'd reach through the selector.
