Manage Subscription
Once you have an active subscription, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel it from your account page. All subscription management happens in the Stripe billing portal — a secure, hosted page where you can review and change your plan.
Steps
- Open My Account from the sidebar.
- In the Billing section, click the action you need:
- Change subscription — opens the Stripe portal with a plan comparison
so you can switch to a different plan. The change takes effect at the next billing cycle (or immediately for upgrades, depending on Stripe's proration setting).
- Cancel subscription — opens the Stripe portal with the cancellation
flow. You can add a reason and confirm. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Complete the action in the Stripe portal.
- Stripe redirects you back to Seekdown.
What Happens After Cancellation
Your workspace stays accessible until the current billing period ends. After that, the subscription enters an inactive state and you see the plan selection page again on next sign-in. Your data (datasets, assistants, configuration) is preserved — picking a new plan restores access.
