New accounts and accounts without an active subscription see the plan selection page before they can use the platform.
Free Trial
Every new account is eligible for a 15-day free trial — no credit card required. During the trial you can create assistants, datasets, and data capture jobs and use the platform normally. When the trial ends, your workspace pauses until you pick a paid plan. You can add a payment method at any time during the trial to transition seamlessly.
Paid Plans
Plans are loaded from the catalog at checkout, so the exact names and prices are always up to date. Each plan sets limits on the resources you can consume per billing cycle:

| Tokens | The total LLM input and output tokens your assistants can use when answering questions. |
| Content storage | The amount of indexed content stored across all your datasets. |
| Proxy traffic | Datacenter proxy bandwidth used by your data capture jobs when capturing websites. |
| Residential proxy | Residential proxy bandwidth used when a site requires a residential IP to load. |

Steps
- Sign in — you are redirected to the plan selection page automatically if
your subscription is not active.
- To start the free trial, click Start 15-day free trial.
- To pick a paid plan, compare the cards and click Get started on the
one you want.
- Complete the Stripe checkout (card details, billing address).
- Once payment succeeds, Seekdown activates the plan and redirects you to
the workspace.
