Share Your Assistant
Before you touch your website, it's worth putting the assistant in front of a few real people — a colleague, a teammate, a friendly customer — and letting them try it. Seekdown does this with invitations: you send an email, and the recipient gets a private link to chat with your assistant. No sign-up, no code, nothing to install on their side.
It's the fastest way to gather feedback ("it didn't know our refund policy", "the tone feels off") and fix the content before it's live on your site.
Send an Invitation
- Open the assistant and click Share in its actions toolbar.
- In the panel that opens, enter the person's address in Invitation email.
- Click Send invitation.
They receive an email — "… shared a Seekdown assistant with you!" — with an Open assistant button. Clicking it opens a hosted preview where they can chat with your assistant right away.
What the invited person can (and can't) do
The link opens a private, hosted preview — they can chat with the assistant without signing in or setting anything up. It's for trying the assistant, not for managing your workspace: they can't see your datasets, settings, or other assistants.
Manage Who Has Access
The same panel lists everyone you've invited. From there you can resend an invitation (if it got lost) or revoke it. Revoking immediately stops that link from working, so you stay in control of who can reach the assistant.
Sharing is separate from embedding
Invitations don't need allowed origins or an API key — those are only for embedding on your site. So you can collect feedback now and worry about the website step later.
