Download Invoices
Every payment generates an invoice. You can download invoices as PDF or view them on Stripe's hosted invoice page directly from your account.
Steps
- Open My Account from the sidebar.
- Scroll to the Invoices table.
- Each row shows the date, invoice number, status, and amount.
- Click the download icon to save the PDF.
- Click the open icon to view the hosted invoice on Stripe — useful for
sharing with your accounting team.
Invoice Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment succeeded — the invoice is settled. |
| Open | Payment is pending or has not been attempted yet. |
| Draft | The invoice is being prepared and has not been finalized. |
| Void | The invoice has been voided and will not be collected. |
| Uncollectible | Payment failed after all retry attempts — contact support or update your payment method. |
Tips
- Zero-amount invoices (for example, a trial period with no charge) are not
listed.
- Invoices appear once Stripe finalizes them — if a recent payment does not
show up yet, check again after a few minutes.
